1. Standard Returns (Unopened Packages Only)

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Due to food safety regulations, we strictly accept returns on unopened and original factory-sealed packages only. Any item that has been opened, tampered with, or used cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, we will resolve it immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • Reporting Timeframe: You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. Clear photos and/or video showing the damaged package or wrong product received.

  • Resolution: Upon verifying your claim, Hewan Spice will dispatch a free replacement product at zero additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once your return request is approved, our team will provide instructions on where to send your unopened package.

  • Once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
