4. International Orders & Customs Duties

For orders shipped outside of Ethiopia:

  • Customs, Taxes & Tariffs: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient/customer is solely responsible for paying all additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Hewan Spice has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
